Solutions We Seek

Encourage the Israeli government to:

(1) Administer a fair refugee and asylum system for Eritrean and other sub-Saharan Africans.

(2) Not imprison refugees and asylum seekers for their mere presence in Israel, not press them to leave Israel, and not deport them.

(3) Change hostile rhetoric to a message of tolerance.

(4) Provide Eritrean and other African refugees and asylum seekers with normal levels of social, educational and medical services, as well as a reliable right to employment.
