How We Help

Asylum Support

We provide asylum seekers in the United States and abroad with forensic support for their cases, based on our knowledge of the state of human rights within Eritrea.

We do not encourage or facilitate entry into the United States for purposes of gaining asylum.

We do not assist in asylum cases in the United States where the claimant has committed a crime in the United States, has violated others’ human rights in Eritrea or elsewhere overseas, has served as an agent of the Eritrean regime in the United States, is not truly an Eritrean national, or has previously obtained asylum or other safe haven in another democratic country.
